Ukraine is war-torn and one of the poorest countries in Europe with wonderful people and a lot of potential. To reach that potential it is important to learn from other countries, which requires the knowledge of foreign languages. Teachers in Ukraine have said that “Olive and Ginger” is a useful book to teach children and some schools have already expressed a desire to include it into their English curriculum. We will be thrilled to donate on your behalf some Ukrainian/English books to Ukrainian schools, libraries and orphanages, where the need is the greatest. You can really make a difference here.
